摘　　要：抗日战争初期,确山县竹沟镇被人们称为"小延安",在中共组织与发动鄂、豫、皖、苏敌后抗日斗争中发挥了重要的作用。为了防止疫病蔓延,确保后方军人、干部、群众的身体健康,使前线伤病人员在后方能及时得到较好的治疗与护理,竹沟抗日根据地的医疗卫生人员克服重重困难,积极开展各项医疗卫生工作,并取得了较为显著的成绩。医疗卫生人员扎实有效的工作是根据地正常运转的重要保障,并有力地支持了前线部队的对敌军事斗争。Early in the anti-Japan war,Zhugou town Queshan county was kown as＂small Yanan＂. Zhugou town played an important role in the anti-Japan war which was organized and launched by Communist Part of China in Hubei province,Henan province,Anhui province and Jangsu province. In order to prevent the spread of epidemic diseases and ensure soldier,husbandman and cadre＇s health in anti-Japan base areas and let the sick and wounded get better treatment and care timely,the medical and health personnel overcomed many difficulties and carried out medical and health work actively. The medical and health personnel＇ s work made a good progress which ensured the anti-Japan base areas revolved normally and supported the front army troops military struggle effectively.
