摘 要:以煤系针状焦为原料,经1 100℃氮气保护烧结处理制得锂离子电池负极材料。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对所制备的材料进行了结构表征,制得材料的石墨化程度不高,具有无序结构,材料的层间距较大,材料的比表面积较小。采用恒流充放电测试分别对样品在不同温度下的电化学性能进行了测试。与市售人造石墨样品相比,所制备样品的低温性能优异,在-20℃时的0.2 C的放电容量可达到122.5 m A·h/g,而市售人造石墨的放电容量仅为55.7 m A·h/g。The sample for anode material of Li-ion batteries was prepared by coal-based needle coke calcinated at 1 100 ℃ in N2 atmosphere. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM analysis, respectively. The electrochemical behaviors of the samples at different temperatures were studied using galvanostatic charge/discharge test. The results have shown that the as-prepared samples have a lower graphitization degree and a disordered structure, as well as a larger interlayer spacing and a smaller specific surface area. At -20 ℃ ,the sample exhibits an outstanding low-temperature performance with a dis- charge capacity of 122.5 mA-h/g at 0.2 ℃ rate while the commercial artificial graphite only has a capacity of 55.7 mA.h/g.
