摘　　要：针对某港口集团公司所提供的培训服务实践,总结了适用于大型培训项目运行管理的"PSPIN五化管理法",即项目运行流程化(Processed)、工作质量标准化(Standardize)、教学组织专业化(Professionalize)、课程沟通深入化(In-depth)以及持续改进常态化(Normalize),阐述了"PSPIN五化管理法"的具体运用。Based on the practice of a training services for a port group,this paper summarized and refined the ＂PSPIN management procedure＂,which is suitable to manage large training programs. The five letters of PSPIN respectively represented the following meaning： P on behalf of the processed operation of a project; S on behalf of the standardized quality of work; P on behalf of the professionalized teaching organization; I on behalf the in-depth reaching communication; N on behalf of the normalized continuous improvement. We make a specific illustration of the concrete application of ＂ PSPIN management procedure＂.
