摘  要:以Cu SO4·5H2O为铜源,Na OH为沉淀剂,葡萄糖为还原剂,采用简单的液相法制备了六边体、立方体、球体三种超细晶Cu2O.考察硫酸铜浓度、氢氧化钠浓度、反应温度、葡萄糖浓度等因素对Cu2O粉末形貌和粒径的影响,给出了可能的生长理论.采用XRD、SEM、UV-Vis等方法对产物进行表征.结果表明:液相法所制备的Cu2O粉末形貌、粒径可控,分散性良好;XRD、UV-Vis检测表明制得的Cu2O粉末结晶度好、纯度高,最大吸收峰在可见光范围内.Superfine crystal Cuprous oxides (Cu2O) have been synthesized by the liquid phase method, with CuSO4·5H2O as source of copper, NaOH as precipitant, glucose as the reducing agent, which have three (hexagon, cube, sphere)different shapes. The effects of concentration of CuSO4, NaOH and glucose, reaction temperature on the morphology and particle size of Sub-micron Cu2O powder were investigated. The possible growth mechanism of the Cu2O crystal was discussed. Cuprous oxide was characterized by X-ray power diffraction(XRD), scan electron microscope(SEM) and ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis). The results indicate that the sample prepared by the liquid phase method was morphology and particle size controllable and dispersion well; Meanwhile, XRD and UV-Vis tests show that Cuprous oxide powder has good crystallinity, high purity and maximum absorption peaks in the range of visible light.
