摘 要:长春花是重要的观赏和药用植物.为了探索适宜长春花种子萌发及幼苗生长的温度和光照条件,研究了温度(20℃、24℃、28℃和30℃)和光照条件(每日连续光照14h和全黑暗)对经自来水浸种24h后的长春花种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,种子的发芽率和发芽指数、幼苗的芽长和干重均受光照条件、温度以及两者间交互作用的显著影响(P<0.01),种子的发芽势、幼苗的鲜重受光照条件以及光照条件和温度间交互作用的显著影响(P<0.01),幼苗的根长仅受温度的显著影响(P<0.01).各光照和温度条件组合间,种子在黑暗、20℃-28℃下的发芽率和发芽势均最高,在黑暗、24℃和28℃下的发芽指数最高;幼苗的根在光照和28℃以及黑暗和24℃下较长,芽在黑暗、24℃-30℃下最长,鲜重在光照和24℃以及黑暗和20℃-30℃下最大,干重在光照、24℃下最大.黑暗、24℃是长春花种子萌发和幼苗生长的最适条件.Catharanthus roseus is a species of ornamental and medicinal plant. In order to investigate optimal temperature and illumination conditions for seed germination and seedling growth of C. roseus, the effects of temperature (20℃ , 24℃ , 28℃ and 30℃ ) and illumination condition (light: dark = 14:10 and complete dark) on the germination of seed soaked in tap-water for 24 h and the growth of seedling of C. roseus. The results showed that the germination capacity, the germination index, the bud length and the dry weight of seedling were all significantly affected by illumination condition, temperature and their interaction ( P 〈 0.01), the vigor of germination and the wet weight of seedling were both markedly affected by illumination condition and the interaction between illumination condition and temperature (P 〈 0.01), and the root length of seedling was only affected by temperature (P 〈 0.01). Among all the illumination and temperature combinations, the germination capacity and the vigor of germination at dark and 20℃ - 28℃ were both the highest, the germination index at dark, and 24℃ and 28℃ was the highest. The root of seedling at the illumination condition of light: dark= 14:10 and 28℃ as well as at dark and 24℃ was longer, the bud at dark and 24℃ - 30℃ was the longest, the wet weight at the illumination condition of light: dark = 14:10 and 24℃ as well as at dark and 20℃ -30℃ was the biggest, and the dry weight at the illumination condition of light: dark = 14:10 and 24℃ was the biggest. Dark and 20℃ were the optimal combination for seed germination and seedling growth of C. roseus.
