不同温度覆土厚度浇水量对玛咖发芽的影响

摘  要:以云南丽江购买的黄玛咖种子为试验材料,设置温度、覆土厚度、日浇水量3个因素。温度为20、24、28℃,覆土厚度为0.7、1.4、2.1 cm,日浇水量为10、15、20 m L,三因素三水平按正交旋转设计为27个处理,研究温度、覆土厚度、日浇水量对玛咖种子发芽率和发芽势的影响。结果表明:玛咖的发芽率最优水平为覆土厚度0.7 cm,温度20℃,每日浇水量15 m L,该水平组合下玛咖种子的发芽率为46%。覆土厚度对玛咖发芽率的影响最大,温度的影响其次,日浇水量的影响最小。Maca seeds collected in Lijiang, Yunnan were used as experimental materials in this study and treated with different temperature, covering depth and daily water quantity. Temperature was set respectively at 20℃ , 24℃ ,28℃ in this paper, covering depth 0.7 cm, 1.4 cm,2.1 cm, and daily water quantity 10 ml, 15 ml,20 ml. To study the effect of temperature, covering depth and water quantity on seed germination and germination potential of Maca, 27 groups of germination progress were designed according to the orthogonal rotation with three factors. The experimental results indicated that the best treatment was the 0.7 cm, 20 ℃ with the daily water quantity of 15 ml with the germination rate of 46%. The influential order for the germination rate is covering depth 〉 temperature 〉 daily water quantity.
