地方高校转型的关键是转变思想观念

摘　　要：推动地方高校向应用型转变是国家的一项重大决策,也是一项创新和改革,注定是一个艰难过程,势必要经历阵痛和障碍,其中面临的首要问题是认识和观念不到位,如传统文化对应用型教育影响根深蒂固,社会上对应用型大学的认知偏差,学校对应用型大学的参照标杆不准,对其内涵特征研究不到位等。为此,要强化舆论宣传和政策引导,转变思想观念,树立危机意识;强化对应用型大学走向及特征内涵的研究,清晰应用型大学的形成和发展方向,加深应用型大学特征内涵的认识。Promoting the transformation development of local colleges and universities is a major decision made by the State, with initiative to innovate and reform. It is bound to be with turns and twists and hardships in the process of transformation. Insufficient recognition and misinterpretation about transformation is of top priority for local colleges and universities. The influence of traditional culture is deep-rooted and affects applied education; cognitive bias in the society works against the idea of applied colleges and universities; there is no official reference standard, for example, about the connotation and characteristics on applied colleges and universities. To this end, it is time to strengthen the publicity guide, to change the thoughts, building up crisis consciousness, and to intensify the research on the prospect and characteristics of applied higher institutions, in this way we can have a clear sense of their connotation, formation and future direction.
