摘  要:随着"微时代"的快速发展,微博、微信、微电影、微公益等网络平台改变了大学生的思想意识和生活方式,逐步占据了当代大学生的课堂和生活时空,大学生榜样教育面临着微领域不可控带来的新挑战。榜样教育在高校思想政治教育中有着重要的作用,它引领着大学生世界观、人生观、价值观向社会主义核心价值观主旋律靠拢。"微时代",学会更好地发挥榜样教育的作用,灵活运用榜样教育,为高校大学生思想政治教育模式注入新鲜的血液,对培养大学生榜样意识、先锋作用、模范带头的时代使命感具有重要的意义。With the rapid development of the "micro-era", Microblog, Wechat, micro films and some other micro public network platforms have changed college students' ideology and lifestyles, and gradually occupied the classes and lives of the modern college students,which leads to the new challenge for model education. Model education plays an important role in the ideological and political education, and it enables the college students' outlook on world, life and values to be closer to the core socialist values. Against the background of " micro-era ", model education should be put in a better use, brought by the uncontrollability of the micro field in students' model education. We should use the example and be used flexibly so that it can refreshen the ideological and political education pattern for colleges and universities. It also has great influence on cultivating the college students' sense of mission of bcing the models and vanguards of the era.
