摘　　要：目的：建立参芎葡萄糖注射液中甘油含量方法的测定。方法：采用气相色谱法对参芎葡萄糖注射液中甘油的含量测定进行测定，色谱柱为AT-624毛细管柱、初始140℃保持13．5min、120℃／min升至255℃、保持5min；分流进样，分流比5．0，进样口温度250℃，进样量1μL，FID检测器温度300℃，柱流量6．0mL／min，载气高纯氮气。结果：成功建立了气相色谱法测定参芎葡萄糖注射液中甘油的方法，所测甘油浓度在1-10g/L内线性关系良好，平均回收率为102．5％，RSD为2．0％；精密度试验RSD为0．9％，重复性试验RSD为2．4％，稳定性试验RSD为4．2％。结论：气相色谱测定参芎葡萄糖注射液中甘油含量的方法，操作简便、准确可靠。Objective： To establish the method for determination of glycerol content in Shenxiong glu- cose injection. Methods： The concentration of glycerol in Shenxiong glucose injection was determined by gas chromatography using AT-624 capillary column. Temperature program for the column was set up as follow： initialize at 140 ℃ for 13.5 minutes, then rise to 255 ℃ by rate of 120 ℃ per minute and keep at 255 ℃ for 5 minutes. Shunt sample with the split ratio of 5.0, injection temperature at 250 ℃, sample volume 1μL, FID detector temperature was 300 ℃, flow rate 6.0 mL/min, and high purity nitrogen as carrier gas. Results： The reliable and accurate method for determination of glycerol in Shenxiong glucose injection by gas chromatography was established, which show a good linear relation- ship in the concentration range of 1 g/L - 10 g/L. The average recovery rate was 102.5% with RSD of 2.0%. Precision test RSD was 0.9%, duplicate test RSD was 2.4%, and stability tests RSD was 4.2%. Conclusion： A facile, accurate and reliable method was established for determination of glyc- erol, which can be used as quality control method on Shenxiong glucose injection.
