大隐静脉高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂治疗静脉曲张疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察大隐静脉高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂治疗静脉曲张的疗效。方法：将原发性下肢大隐静脉曲张93例患者根据不同的治疗方法,随机分为2组：观察组采用大隐静脉高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂治疗;对照组采用传统手术方式大隐静脉高位结扎＋剥脱术治疗。观察并比较2组患者的平均手术时间、平均出血量、术后首次行走时间、住院时间、复发率及并发症等指标情况。结果：2组患者手术均获成功,观察组在平均手术时间、平均出血量、术后首次行走时间、住院时间等优于对照组（P〈0.05）,2组并发症比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。术后随访6~24月,效果良好,曲张静脉消失,无复发病例。结论：高位结扎联合泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉静脉曲张具有创伤小、手术时间及住院时间短、恢复快、术后并发症少、美容效果好等优点。Objective： To evaluate the effect of high ligation combined with foam sclerotherapy in treatment of great saphenous vein varicosity. Methods： 93 cases of patients with great saphenous vein varicosity were randomly divided into 2 different treatment groups.The observation group underwent high ligation combined with foam sclerotherapy while the control group used the traditional surgical methods of great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping surgery. The average operation time,average blood loss,the time of first postoperative walk,hospital stay,recurrence rate and complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The operation was successful,and the observation group obtained a better result than the control group in terms of the average operation time,average blood loss,the time of first postoperative walk,and hospital stay（ P 〈0. 05）. There was,however,no significant difference between the two groups as for postoperative complications. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. The effect was good,with all varicose veins disappearing and no recurrence. Conclusion： High ligation combined with foam sclerotherapy has such advantages as smaller incision,shorter operation time,shorter hospitalization,sooner recovery,fewer complications and better result of cosmetology. It is worth to be promoted in clinical practice.
