摘  要:高新技术产业是我国社会经济发展的支柱产业,现已发展成为衡量科技水平高低和经济发展质量的一大指标。随着我国对高新技术产业技术创新的投入不断增加,高新技术产业的创新效率问题成为影响我国高新技术产业持续快速发展的重要因素。论文通过把中国分成东、中、西三大区域进行研究,发现这三个区域的高新技术产业技术创新效率存在较大的差异,提出我国的东部地区其高新技术产业应当依托于东部地区的特殊区位,利用好产业集群的优势,在坚持高新技术创业创新的同时,推动自主创新与国外技术引进的良好结合,国内中西部区域应对该资源优势予以充分利用并有效实施"重点突破,总体前进"创新方略,充分利用现阶段国内外的有效资源,不断提升我国高新科技的产业创新效率,实现我国的跨越式发展。As a pillar industry of China's society and economy, high-tech industry has become a major indicator of the level and quality of economic and technological development. As China's investment in technology innovation of high-tech industry continues to increase, the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry has become a key factor in affecting the rapid and sustainable development of China's high-tech industry. By dividing China into eastern, central and western regions, this paper finds that there is a great difference concerning the technology innovation efficiency of high-tech industry among these three regions, and proposes that the high-tech industry of eastern region should make good use of its special location and industrial clusters, as well as adheres to high-tech innovation and entrepreneurship with a good combination of independent innovation and introduction of foreign technology; under the guidance of innovation strategy of "major breakthrough and overall forward", central and western regions should make full use of current available resources at home and abroad so as to constantly improve innovative efficiency of high-tech industry for the sake of China's leapfrog development.
