应用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣游离移植修复手指中远节软组织缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣游离移植对手指中远节软组织缺损的修复效果。方法：选择32例手指中远节软组织缺损行尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣游离移植修复术的患者作为研究对象,观察患者的皮瓣成活率以及随访的断指功能恢复情况。结果：32例患者中,皮瓣成活31例,成活率为96.9%;32例患者均获得随访,随访时间1～2.5年,根据《中华医学会手外科学会断指再植功能评定标准》,术后1年,随访结果为优12,良18,可1例,差1例,优良率为93.8%。结论：应用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣游离移植修复手指中远节软组织缺损,效果理想,能够在最大程度上恢复患指功能与外形,且供区隐蔽,切取方便,损伤较小,可以作为修复手指软组织缺损的优先选择。Objective： To observe the repairing effect of skin flap transplantation of epithelial branch of ulnar artery for distale soft tissue defect of fingers. Methods： 32 cases with distale soft tissue defect of fingers receiving skin flap transplantation of epithelial branch of ulnar artery were selected as research objects. The survival rate of flap of the patients and the repairing effect of the functions of the severed fingers was observed.Results： For 32 patients,the skin flap of 31 cases survived,and the survival rate was 96.9%. 32 cases were followed up for 1 ～ 2.5 years. According to Hand Surgery Association of Chinese Medical Association Severed Finger Replantation Function Evaluation Standard,the followed up result for 1 year was that there were 12 excellent cases,18 better cases,1 good case and 1 bad case. And the excellent and good rate was 93.8%. Conclusion： Applying skin flap transplantation of epithelial branch of ulnar artery for distale soft tissue defect of fingers not only has ideal effect and helps to repair the function and shape of wounded fingers,but also has little injury,which is the preferred choice of repairing finger soft tissue defect.
