高校科技创业型师资培育路径探究

摘　　要：在深入了解当前高校科技创业型师资发展现状及关键制约因素基础上,根据高校科技创业型师资发展面临的新特点,通过建立协同创新保障机制,优化创业型人才引进及管理模式,创新"政产学研"联合培养及考核举措,设立创业型岗位及健全"应用成果导向"的科研评价方式等途径,全面促进科技创业型师资队伍培育及长效发展。This paper investigated the major elements that affect the development of entrepreneurial teachers in higher learning institutions according to the new characteristics of technologically innovative professionals. It, thus, explores a sustainable approach toward the cultivation of entrepreneurial staff adept in sci-tech innovation through building a collaborative innovation mechanism, optimizing talents introduction and management modes, adopting a joint training and assessment involving administrations, industries, universities and research, setting up entrepreneurial posts and renovating the application- and performance-oriented evaluation of scientific and technological research.
