航空院校飞机外场腐蚀防护方法研究

摘　　要：在分析飞机外场停放环境和腐蚀原因的基础上,根据航空院校外场长期停放条件下飞机的腐蚀特点和表现形式,从丰富学生的腐蚀防护经验和减小教学运行成本两方面出发,提出了具体的腐蚀防护方法和改进措施,并分析了飞机腐蚀防护中的重点检查和维护区域,可为后续的腐蚀防护等实训课程的开发提供参考和依据。This paper analyzes the parking environment at the airfield and the corrosion causes,and puts forward the concrete methods of corrosion protection and the improvement measures according to the corrosion features and the manifestations at the parking environment in aviation colleges and in view of the two aspects of enriching students＇ experience for corrosion protection and reducing the operation cost of teaching. In addition,the key areas of inspection and maintenance for aircraft corrosion protection are analyzed to provide reference and basis for the development of the training courses of corrosion protection.
