摘　　要：本研究运用DEA数据包络模型,结合某高职院校2014-2015第二学期英语教师相关数据,对教师绩效进行评价。结果显示:利用c2r模型及c2sg2模型能得出较为客观的绩效排名;该校英语教师专业发展存在投入冗余,课时和科研成果等产出量不足;若原有模型引入经过定性分析的权重约束,其改进值将更具实际操作意义。This paper,based on the data of the second semester of 2014- 2015 collected from English teachers of a polytechnic,focuses on the teacher performance evaluation by the application of DEA models. The result shows that firstly,an objective performance ranking can be determined with models of c2 r and c2sg2; secondly,there exists a redundancy in input of the teachers＇ professional development and an insufficiency in output of their classes and scientific research; lastly,if the original models are modified with appropriate weight constraints,their practicality could be improved.
