武警某部住院伤病员MMPI人格测验分析

摘　　要：目的探讨武警部队住院伤病员人格特征,为预防和干预其心理健康问题提供参考依据。方法采用明尼苏达多项人格测验对109名住院武警伤病员进行测评分析。结果住院伤病员除疑病、男子气-女子气量表外,其他量表评分与中国男性常模的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);除癔病量表外,不同警衔伤病员的MMPI各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但上等兵疑病、癔病、偏执量表评分高于士官,癔病量表评分高于列兵,而列兵精神分裂、轻躁狂量表评分均高于士官,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论武警部队住院伤病员整体个性发育较完善,但不同警衔的伤病员个性特征存在着一定差异,其中住院士官的人格特征相对较稳定。Objective To understand the personality characteristics of the inpatients from the armed police forces so as to develop scientific approach for addressing any mental health problems the inpatients may experience. Method Assessments were conducted with the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory（ MMPI） in 131 the armed police hospital patients.Findings There were significant difference between hospital patients and normal except hypochondriasis and masculinityfemininity scales（ P〈0. 01）. The difference between other rating scale and the norm of Chinese men had statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）. In the MMPI each score of honorable title to different patients,in addition to the hysteria scale,between the 3 groups of other scores are different. However,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Pairwise comparison showed that private first class of the hypochondriasis,hysteria,paranoia scale scores were significantly higher sergeant（ P〈0. 05）. The hysteria score was higher than the private（ P〉0. 05）. Private schizophrenia,hypomania scale scores were significantly higher than sergeant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Armed Police Force hospital overall personality development is perfect,but there are some differences in personality characteristics between the patients of different ranks. Sergeant personality is relatively stable in hospital.
