复方甘草酸苷联合米诺地尔擦剂及地奈德乳膏治疗斑秃的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合米诺地尔擦剂及地奈德乳膏治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法:85例斑秃患者随机分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=40),全部患者给予米诺地尔擦剂及地奈德乳膏外用,每天2次,观察组患者加服复方甘草酸苷胶囊。共治疗3个月,疗程结束时评价疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率为88.9%,优于对照组的67.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合米诺地尔擦剂及地奈德乳膏治疗斑秃安全有效,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with minoxidil and desonide in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods：Eighty-five patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into the observation group （45 cases） and control group（40 cases）. All patients were treated with minoxidil liniment combined with desonide cream by external use, twice a day. The observation group were additionally treated with compound glycyrrhizin by oral. The treatment course was 3 months, the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results：The effective rate in observation group （88.89%） was significantly better than those in control group （67.5 % ） （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：The treatment of alopecia areata with compound glycyrrhizin combined with minoxidil liniment and desonide cream is safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical popular application.
