同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系

摘　　要：目的:探究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)的关系。方法:选取HDCP孕妇126例作为研究对象(HDCP组),其中妊娠期高血压69例,轻度子痫前期31例,重度子痫前期26例;同期选取正常妊娠晚期孕妇119名作为对照组,检测所有孕妇血浆Hcy、CRP水平,并进行比较分析。结果:HDCP组孕妇血浆Hcy及CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);3组HDCP孕妇血浆Hcy和CRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且3组孕妇血浆Hcy和CRP水平均随病情的加重而逐渐增高(P<0.01);HDCP病情程度与血浆Hcy和CRP水平均呈明显正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:HDCP孕妇血浆Hcy及CRP水平随着病情发展不断升高,是HDCP的危险因素,应密切关注以上指标水平的变化,可进一步指导HDCP的预防、诊断及治疗。Objective：To explore the relationships between homocysteine（Hcy）,C reactive protein（CRP） and hypertensive disorder complication pregnancy （ HDCP ） . Methods：One hundred and twenty-six pregnant woman with HDCP （ including 69 cases with gestational hypertension,31 cases with mild preeclampsia and 26 cases with severe preeclampsia） and 119 normal late pregnancy women were divided into the HDCP group and control group,respectively. The levels of Hcy and CRP in two groups were detected and compared. Results：The plasma levels of Hcy and CRP in HDCP group were higher than those in control group（P〈0. 01）. The plasma levels of Hcy and CRP in three subgroups were higher than those in the control group（P〈0. 01）. The plasma levels of Hcy and CRP in the 3 subgroups increased gradually with the aggravation of disease（P〈0. 01）. The plasma levels of Hcy and CRP were significantly positively correlated with the degree of HDCP（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The plasma levels of Hcy and CRP in HDCP pregnancy women increase with the development of disease,which is the risk factor of HDCP. The plasma levels of Hcy and CRP in HDCP should closely be pay attention to,which can guide the prevention diagnosis and treatment of HDCP.
