江西省农业生产效率评价及影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章采用超效率DEA视窗分析、Malmquist指数分析和规模收益分析评价和探讨江西省2009-2014年11个地市的农业生产效率情况,并运用Tobit模型估计农业生产主要因素对江西各类地区农业发展的影响程度。分析显示:近年来,江西省景德镇、抚州及环鄱阳湖地区的农业生产效率相对较高;技术进步变化指数和技术效率变化指数发展不平衡;农业生产主要地市吉安、九江等地规模收益呈下滑状态;农业生产技术进步变化指数和农民纯收入对地区农业生产效率提高具有促进作用。研究结果表明,对农业生产效率高低不同的地区应当因地制宜,对高效率地区加大其农业科研技术的投入,对低效地区引导其转变农业粗放型发展方式,科学施肥,提高农业生产效率,促进农民增收。Super efficiency DEA Windows analysis,Malmquist TFP Index,and analysis of Returns to Scale are employed to evaluate agricultural productivity of Jiangxi province from 2009 to 2014 in this paper. Then the paper analyzes the influences of other agriculture factors to the efficiency based on Tobit model. The empirical results show that：Agricultural input-output performance of Jingdezhen,Xinyu,is relatively optimal,and regions of higher agricultural productivity are concentrated in Poyang lake areas;Technological change and technical efficiency change are not at the same step in Jiangxi province;Some areas,such as Ji’an and Jiujiang,are at a stage of scale decreasing;The progress of technological change and the pure income of farmers do good to the efficiency. So it is insisted that measures adopted should be different in different area in Jiangxi province. It is important to pay more attention to agriculture research in higher efficiency area and changing the growth mode in lower efficiency area,which will be helpful to efficiency promoting and pure income increasing.
