创业企业成长中的组织记忆与组织学习作用机制研究——基于企业家战略领导能力视角

摘　　要：创业企业成长中离不开企业家战略领导能力,而组织记忆、组织学习也成为制约创业企业成长的重要因素。文章以国外有关战略领导能力理论为基础,从企业家战略领导能力视角,构建组织记忆、组织学习与创业企业成长绩效整合模型。在对企业家战略领导能力、组织记忆、组织学习、成长绩效的内涵界定及测量量表修正的基础上,通过实证研究表明:企业家战略领导能力对创业成长绩效具有显著正向作用;企业家战略领导能力与组织记忆在作用于创业成长绩效时,发挥替代作用;组织学习在企业家战略领导能力影响创业成长绩效中起中介作用。Entrepreneurial strategic leadership is very important in the growth of enterprise. Organizational memory and organi？zational learning have become the important factors of venture enterprises’growth. Based on foreign relevant strategic leader？ship,we build a growth performance integration model of organizational learning and organizational memory. The paper de？fines the concept and revises measurement scale of entrepreneurship strategic leadership,organizational learning,organiza？tional memory,and growth performance. The empirical study shows that entrepreneurial strategic leadership has a significant positive effect on venture enterprises growth performance. Entrepreneurial strategic leadership and organizational memory have alternative effect on business growth performance. At last,organizational learning plays an intermediary role between en？trepreneurial strategic leadership and growth performance.
