摘  要:为研究中国省域城市建设用地扩张的驱动因素,文章利用2001-2012年全国31个省区的数据,根据空间面板模型,分析了城市建设用地扩张与二产产值、三产产值、固定资产投资、财政收入、城市人口、路网密度及溢出效应之间的关系,得到以下主要结论:二产产值、城镇人口对于城市建设用地为正且显著,三产产值及固定资产投资的驱动作用为负,但不显著;路网密度的驱动作用为负,且显著。中国省域城市建设用地存在较大的外溢效应。提升城市建设用地集约水平需要推动新型工业化,合理疏解城镇人口、建设省域城市建设用地协同机制,发展第三产业,提高路网密度,优化固定资产投资结构。In order to study Chinese provincial cities construction land expansion driving factors,the paper,using the data of 31 provincial-level administrative areas from 2001 to 2012,employing the spatial panel model,analyzes the relationship between city construction land and expansion and second industry output,tertiary industry output,investment in fixed assets,fiscal revenue, urban population,the density of road network as well as the spillover effect,the main conclusions are as following:The driving effect of second industry output and urban population on urban construction land is significant positive ,the driving effect of tertiary industry output and investment in fixed assets is negative,but not significant;the driving effect of road network density effect is significant negative. The Chinese provincial urban construction land has a greater spillover effect. The enhancement of the level of intensive urban construction land should follow:promoting the new industrialization,reasonable relief urban population, establishing the coordination mechanism organization for provincial cities urban construction land use,developing tertiary industry, improving the density of road network,optimizing the structure of investment in fixed assets.
