摘  要:采用建筑用蒸压加气混凝土砌块的碎料作为深度除磷材料,研究了该碎料的碱改性材料对1mg/L模拟含磷废水的除磷效果及其机理。结果表明:蒸压加气混凝土材料经0.5mol/L氢氧化钠改性后,0.4g/50mL的比例投入碱改性材料,30min之内即可达到99.18%的除磷效果。X射线荧光分析结果显示,碎料含大量硅、钙、铝及铁的氧化物,经碱改性后在除磷过程中形成了以钙磷为主的沉淀物,使材料保持对低浓度磷高的去除率。改性前后的XRD、SEM等表征结果进一步印证了这一系列反应过程。研究结果可为富营养化水体深度除磷材料的选择及应用提供依据。The depth removal effects and mechanism for the removal of 1mg/L of the of phosphorus with scraped alkali modified autoclaved aerated concrete materials for phosphorus removal in wastewater are studied.Results show that after the modified by 0.5mol/L of NaOH,0.4g/50ml of the materials can reach 99. 18% of the phosphorus removal efficiency in 30 minutes.X-ray fluorescence analysis shows that the materials contain a large number of silicon,calcium,aluminum and iron oxides,and after the modification by NaOH, precipitates which contain calcium and phosphorus are formed,so that the high removal rate remains on the low concentration of phosphorus.The results of XRD and SEM further confirm the reactions.Results provide the basis for the selection and application of the modified autoclaved aerated concrete materials in the recovery of rich nutrient water.
