摘  要:为解决大型综合实验平台教学设备不足的问题,将虚拟仿真技术、互联网技术与学科专业深层融合,通过Visual Components构建了汽车智能制造系统冲压、焊接、喷涂和组装等产线工艺模型,采用PLC与虚拟对象的通信,实验系统与门户网站集成共享。由贴近工程实际的3D虚拟对象代替实际生产线,基本解决了大型综合实训平台的建设难题。该实验系统推进了实验教学信息化建设和实验教学资源开放共享。In order to solve the problem of the shortage of teaching equipment in the large-scale comprehensive experimental platform,the virtual simulation technology,and Internet technology were integrated deeply with majors.Through the Visual Components environment,the virtual object of production line was set up,taking car intelligent manufacturing as an example,the construction of process models such as car spraying and assembly,the communication between PLC and virtual obj ects,and the integration of the experimental system and the portal site were completed.The control of virtual production line by PLC and network sharing of the experimental system were realized.The actual production line was replaced by the 3D virtual object,which was a great deal to solve the problem of large-scale comprehensive training platform. Because of the experimental system’s network sharing,it avoided the limitation of the experimental site to students,and promoted the information construction of experimental teaching and the open sharing of experimental teaching resources.
