摘　　要：分析了当前高校国有资产管理存在的体系不健全、制度不完善、队伍不齐整、盘点不系统、评估缺位、资产流失、信息化建设滞后、效益低下等问题及造成的原因,提出了从提高资产责任意识、管理意识、健全组织体系、加强队伍建设、完善内控制度、加强成本核算、注重效益考核等切实可行的改进对策。同时,提出了对政府主管部门加强对高校国有资产管理的分类指导、政策研究、协同机制、试点改革等建议,对于高校国有资产管理具有一定的借鉴作用和现实意义。This article analyzes existent problems of current management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities,including that the system is not sound,the system is imperfect,the team is not neat,the inventory is not systematical,the benefit is low,the assessment does not reach the designated position,the assets are in the loss,the informatization construction is lagging,etc.This article puts forward the feasible improvement measures such as improving assets responsibility consciousness,management awareness,and the organization system,strengthening the team construction,perfecting the internal control system,strengthening cost accounting,paying attention to the performance,etc.At the same time,this article also proposes to government departments to strengthen the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities at classification guidance,policy research,coordination mechanism,the pilot proposals to reform,etc.,which has a certain reference value to the state-owned assets management in colleges and universities and a certain practical significance.
