摘　　要：高校物资采购是高校管理工作的重要内容之一,对于维持高校正常运转、支撑教学科研工作具有关键性的影响。该文系统分析了高校物资采购工作的基本特点,指出了当前该领域存在的主要问题,明确了改革的目标和原则,并从组织机构、法规制度、流程文本、信息平台、监督机制5个方面提出了对策措施。As an important part of management in colleges and universities,the material purchasing work has a great effect on maintaining the operation and supporting the teaching and scientific research work.Through systematically analyzing the basic characteristics of material purchasing work in colleges and universities and the major problems in this field,this paper points out not only the objectives and principles of the reform,but also the countermeasures from the following five aspects：organization construction,rules and regulations, working process and text,information platform,and supervision mechanism.
