油杉优树子代苗期性状变异研究

摘　　要：以福建省35个油杉优树子代为研究对象,揭示其苗高和地径两个性状的差异。研究结果显示,家系间苗高、地径两个性状均达极显著差异,广义遗传力分别为0.86和0.83,说明油杉半同胞家系间存在丰富的遗传变异,苗期生长性状在家系水平上主要受遗传力控制,极具改良潜力。从苗高、地径这两个主要生长性状入手,对油杉二年生苗进行优良家系初选,选出3个优良家系。Thirty-five fine families of Keteleeria fortunei （Murr.）Carr in Fujian province were selected for the study. The growing traits of seedlings were analyzed, including seedling height and ground diameter. The results showed that the differences of these growing characters were significant between half-sib families. It was found that seedling height and base diameter were respectively under strong genetic control. This indicated that the improvement poten- tial was notable. Comparing the heritability of all characters and the growth of seedlings, the characters of seedling height and ground diameter could be the most important index for selection. Three good families were selected for ex- periment and popularization.
