摘　　要：目的：为全面了解规划实施以来全县农业血防目标实现情况、任务完成情况及实施效果，为制订下一阶段防治规划提供参考。方法：收集了当涂县2004--2014年农业血防相关资料进行统计分析，开展了终期评估。结果：农业血防任务完成100％；家畜、人、钉螺感染率均成下降趋势，与2004年相比，感染率均差异显著（X^2=123．036、34．998、6．636，P〈0．05）。结论：当涂县达到血吸虫病传播控制标准，实现了血吸虫病防治的总目标。农业血防实施以控制传染源为主的防治策略，人、畜、钉螺感染率均下降，防治效果明显。Objective：To fully understand the county agricultural schistosomiasis since the planning and implementa- tion of the achievement of objectives, task completion and implementation results, provide a reference for the next phase of the development of prevention programs. Methods ： A collection of Dangtu County 2004--2014 agricultural schistosomiasis relevant information for statistical analysis, conducted final evaluation. Results ： Agricultural schisto- somiasis task completion rate of 100% ;the infection rate of livestock, people and snails were a downward trend com- pared to 2004. Infection rates were significantly different （ X^2 =123.036, 34.998, 6.636. all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dangtu County reached schistosomiasis transmission control standards, to achieve the overall objective of prevention. For implement of the agricultural schistosomiasis control strategies, the infection rate of people, animals and snails decreased, and the control effect was obvious.
