依帕司他联合抗氧化剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者震动感觉阈值的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:观察依帕司他联合抗氧化剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者对震动感觉阈值的影响,评价依帕司他联合抗氧化剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:84例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,治疗组给予依帕司他联合抗氧化剂治疗,对照组单用抗氧化剂治疗,疗程3周,治疗前后进行震动感觉阈值检测。结果:对照组有效率为78.6%,治疗组为92.9%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);与观察组相比,治疗组的震动感觉阈值数值下降,有较好改善,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依帕司他联合抗氧化剂治疗优于单用抗氧化剂治疗,可明显改善震动感觉阈值数值,减轻临床症状,有较好的疗效。OBJECTIVE To observe vibration perception threshold in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by epalrestat combined with anti-oxidants,and evaluate efficacy of combined therapy.METHODS A total of 84 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Patients received epalrestat combined with anti-oxidants in treatment group,antioxidants in control group.Drugs were administered daily,for 3 weeks continuously.Vibration perception threshold was determined in two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS Effective rate was 92.9% in treatment group and 78.6% in control group （P〈0.05）.Compared to control group,vibration perception threshold declined significantly in treatment group （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Epalrestat combined with antioxidants has superior efficacy to antioxidants alone to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Combined therapy can decline values of vibration perception threshold and reduce symptoms for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
