摘　　要：控制腐蚀延长装置运行周期,推行设备完整性管理,对高风险的设备采取特别的控制措施,以及减员增效因素等促成防腐蚀服务外包悄然兴起。炼油企业开展防腐蚀服务有三种方式:一事一办式、加剂式和综合式三种。服务外包为炼油企业提供防腐设计建议、原油采购和装置大修的防腐策略;在炼油企业设备完整性管理中扮演好"协理"的角色、掌握腐蚀倾向、程度,做好腐蚀动态风险评估及腐蚀事故的预防。使所服务的炼油企业防腐管理达到国内先进水平,控制腐蚀、减少事故,保证生产装置长周期运行炼油企业防腐的最终效果与服务方的收益挂起钩来,例如不发生因腐蚀引起的非计划停工,投入于防腐方面的年度修理费下降幅度,设备(例如换热器、管道等)失效数量等。The control of corrosion to extend the operation cycle of process units, implementation of equipment integration management, application of special corrosion protection measures for high - risk equipment and reduction of operation people, etc have promoted the development of the rising contracting of corrosion prevention services. There are three types of contracts, i.e. case by case contract, agent addition contract and comprehensive service contract. The corrosion prevention service contractor provides the refinery owner with corrosion prevention recommendations and corrosion prevention strategies for crude oil procurement and unit overhaul. It plays an ＂Assistant＂ role in equipment integrity management of the enterprise, is well informed of corrosion tendency ＆ corrosion degree and performs evalualion of dynamic corrosion risk and prevention of corrosion accidents. In this way, the corrosion prevention management of the enterprise it serves will reach the advance level. The corrosion accidents will be effectively controlled and reduced and long - term stable operation of the process unit will be ensured. As the result, the economie benefit from no unscheduled shutdown of the units caused by corrosion and reduction of maintenance cost of equipment （heat exchangers, pipeline, etc） will be achieved and shared by the contractor and owner.
