荷兰双顺差贸易模式对中国服务贸易的启示

摘　　要：荷兰与中国同为农业贸易大国,人均资源占有量都很少,从某种程度上来说,荷兰与中国的对外贸易存在相似性,但两国对外贸易出现不同的状况,2003年起荷兰保持持续的货物贸易与服务贸易双顺差,而中国则存在巨额的货物贸易顺差与服务贸易逆差并存的局面。从影响荷兰服务贸易的因素来分析为什么情况相似却造成不一样的贸易结果,并为优化中国对外贸易结构、转变服务贸易逆差局面提出政策建议。As major trading countries of agriculture, Netherlands and China share the character of lower capita resources, to some extent, the foreign trade of Netherlands is similar to that of China, while the trade performances differ. Netherlands has surplus both in goods trade and service trade from 2003, while China has a surplus of goods trade and service trade deficit. This paper analyzes the factors that affects the service trade of Netherlands to analyze why the situation is similar but not the same result, moreover puts forward policy recommendations to optimize the structure of China＇s foreign trade and change the service trade deficit situation.
