摘　　要：在坚持农村基本经营制度的基础上,加快农业经营体系创新是中共十八大报告及一系列文件中针对"三农"问题提出的新目标和重要任务。以河北省农业经营体系创新为视角,结合河北省农村经营体系创新的实际情况,分析农业经营体系创新过程中存在的问题,提出推动河北省农业经营体系创新和运作的具体对策。Based on insisting on the principal rural operation system, the acceleration of agricultural operation system innovation is the new target and important mission proposed by Report of Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a series of documents focusing on ＂three agriculture＂. With Hebei agricultural operation system innovation as perspective, this article combines the actual situation of Hebei rural operation system innovation, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to promote the innovation and execution of Hebei agricultural operation system.
