摘  要:研究了新铜试剂(2,9-二甲基-1,10-菲罗啉)为配合剂、Triton X-100为表面活性剂的浊点萃取,分光光度法测定水中痕量铜的新方法。考察浊点萃取、分离和富集金属离子铜的影响因素及适宜的反应条件。结果表明,Triton X-100与铜(Ⅱ)及新铜试剂形成的浅黄色配合物,其最大吸收峰的波长位于450nm处,摩尔吸收系数为2.860×103 L·mol-1·cm-1。Cu(Ⅱ)含量在0.1~1.0 mg·L-1范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数R2=0.9987,铜的加标回收率达97%~99%,相对标准偏差为2%~5%。A new method for the determination of trace Cu in water by spectrophotometry with cloud point extraction was investigated. The influence of cloud point extraction, separation and rich metal ions copper and appropriate reac- tion conditions were studied. It has shown that the Triton X--100 with Cu (II) and new copper reagents to form a yellow complex. The maximum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity were 450nm and 2.860× 103 L . mo1-1 . cm-l. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.1-1.0 mg . L ^-1, the relevant factors R2 =0.9987, a determining efficiency of recovery of 97% to 99%, and the relative with standard deviation (RSD) of 2% to 5%.
