我国农民工体育权利缺失与保障的研究

摘　　要：农民工是我国产业工人的一支大军,也是我国城市人口的重要组成部分。保障农民工体育权利既是城市体育文化建设发展的需要,也是促进经济发展,构建和谐社会亟待解决的重要问题。通过界定农民工体育权利概念,从农民工体育参与及农民工体育外部环境两个方面,分析了农民工体育权利缺失的现状,并从强化农民工参与体育的自主性、明确体育责任主体、创设农民工体育融入平台入手,有针对性地探求保障农民工体育权利的对策。Migrant workers are a great army of industrial workers in China, is an important part of our city population. Ensuring sports rights of migrant workers to develop sports cultural construction in city is not only the needs of economic development, but also promote the construction of harmonious society; the important problem to be solved. In this paper, by defining the concept of sports rights of migrant workers; migrant workers the status of sports rights imperfection is analyzed from the migrant workers participation in sports and environmental Migrant Workers Sports external two aspects, and from the autonomy, strengthening the migrant workers participating in sports, sports responsibility subject to create clear farmers, into the platform of education, countermeasures pertinently and explore the protection of migrant workers＇ Sports rights.
