摘  要:目的了解2011年德阳市手足口病发病情况,采集临床诊断手足口病病例标本进行病原学检测,为降低手足口病发病率提供及时可靠的科学数据。方法收集并分析德阳市手足口病发病资料,对采集的临床诊断手足口病病例咽拭子标本进行肠道病毒核酸实时荧光PCR检测。结果 2011年德阳市共报告手足口病病例1 574例,其中重症4例(0.25%),发病高峰为4-6月和10-12月,发病例数和发病率都以广汉市最高,男女性别比例为1.55∶1,2-岁年龄段发病人数最多,占病例总数的30.30%,职业发病构成以散居儿童为主,占所报告病例的60.55%,2011年共收集到235份临床诊断手足口病病例标本,检测出阳性标本158份(67.23%),下属各区县的阳性标本都以EV71感染为主。结论 2011年德阳市手足口病主要病原体是EV71,发病高峰为4-6月和10-12月,应在发病高峰期做好预防工作。Objective To provide reliable scientific basis for reducing the morbidity of hand-foot-mouth disease( HFMD) by investigating the incidence of HFMD and carrying out pathological tests of clinically diagnosed HFMD disease in Deyang in 2011. Methods The data of HFMD were collected and analyzed,throat swab specimens were tested with RNA of enterovirus 71( EV71),coxsackievirus A16( CA16) and other enterovirus( EV) by real-time fluorescence detection( real-time PCR). Results A total of 1574 cases of HFMD were reported in Deyang in 2011,and there were 4 severe cases( 0. 25%); the peak time was from April to June and October to December; the largest number of cases and the highest incidence rate were found in Guanghan; the ratio of male to female patients was 1. 55 ∶1; the main age of onset was 2- 3 years old( 30. 30%), and60. 55% of total cases were scattered children. A total of 158 enterovirus RNA positive( 67. 23%) specimens were detected in 235 suspected HFMD specimens,the positive cases were mainly infected by EV71. Conclusion EV71 was the main pathogen for HFMD with peak time from April to June and October to December in Deyang in 2011. The prevention work should be well implemented in peak time.
