摘　　要：目的通过连续监测托幼机构消毒质量,分析存在的问题,为开展传染病防控提供科学的依据。方法采用现场采样的方法,于2002-2012年对6所四川省直属机关托幼机构的物体表面、工作人员手、室内空气以及使用中的消毒剂等进行细菌总数、金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌监测。结果 2002-2012年监测结果的总合格率为96.84%,各年消毒合格率呈上升趋势。结果显示室内空气消毒合格率达到96.15%,工作人员手消毒合格率为93.08%。结论四川省直属托幼机构消毒工作质量总体水平较好,但对工作人员手、室内空气和饮食具等消毒应予足够重视。Objective To explore and analyze the existing problem and provide scientific basis for prevent and control infection diseases effectively through the continuous monitoring of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens. Methods On-site sampling and examination were performed to sample. The indoor air,object surface,hands of worker staff of 6 nurseries and kindergartens that belonged to province were detected for total bacterial count,staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus. Results The total eligible rate of 11 years investigation was 96. 84%,and the rate grew year by year. The results showed that the indoor air disinfection qualification rate reached 96. 15%,The staff hand disinfection qualified rate was 93. 08%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection work in nurseries and kindergartens of Sichuan Province was well. But more attention should be paid to hand disinfection and indoor air disinfection.
