摘 要:进行激光焊接接头的热处理实验,分析不同热处理工艺对45#钢激光焊接接头性能的影响。结果表明,45#钢激光焊接接头的最优热处理工艺为:热处理温度700℃、热处理时间10 min。在此热处理工艺下,45#钢激光焊接接头从焊缝中心到热影响区的组织过渡均匀,显微硬度显著降低且分布均匀,消除了焊接接头的软化区,提高了激光焊接接头的整体性能。Experimental investigation rm the heat treatment of welded joints by laser,analyze the influenee of different heat treatment processes on the properties of the laser welded joints of 45 steel. The results show that the best heat treatment processes on tile properties of the laser welded .joinls of 45 steel:the optimum temperature of heat treatment is 700 ℃ and the right time to heat treatment is 10 rain. In this condition, the performance of the laser welded joints of 45 steel is optimized, sueh as, the microstruc/ure which from the weld center to the heal affected zone becomes homogeneous. Microhardness decreases significantly and distrilmtion is uniform. The heat treatment processes can eliminate the softening of the welded joint, and improve the overall performance of the laser welded joints.
