清营利咽汤治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟清营利咽汤治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用清营利咽汤口服,对照组采用金莲清热泡腾片口服。两组均治疗5天后观察临床疗效及退热时间、疱疹消失时间。结果:总有效率治疗组93.33%、对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。退热时间及疱疹消失时间治疗组分别为(1.96±0.61)d、(3.16±0.81)d,对照组分别为(2.59±0.63)d、(3.88±1.01)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清营利咽汤治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效满意。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of self-modified Qingying Liyan Decoction in treating children with herpangina. Method ： 60 patients who are clinically diagnosed as herpangina were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in the treatment group were treated with self-modified Qingying Liyan Decoction while 30 cases in the control group were treated with Jinlian qingre effervescent tablets. The clinical curative effect and pyretolytic time, disappear time of herpes of both groups was observed after 5 days treatment. Result ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% while that of the control group was 73.33%. There was significant difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . The pyretolytic time and disappear time of herpes of the treatment group was （ 1.96 ± 0.61 ） d and （ 3.16 ± 0.81 ） d respectively while that of the control group was （ 2.59 ± 0.63 ） d and （ 3.88 ± 1.01 ） d respectively. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Self-modified Qingying Liyan Decoction has satisfactory clinical effect on herpangina.
