摘　　要：目的:研制一种用于大型水面舰艇危重伤病员救护的一体化急救转运装置,该装置也可用于平战时机场内的伤员救护。方法:在勤务需求论证和对现有同类装备分析的基础上,提出移动式急救装置的基本功能要求。采用由伤员承载面、急救与生命支持模块、支撑移动单元3个部分组成的推车式结构设计,实现舰艇环境下的伤员急救转运功能。结果:该装置能承载1名危重伤员并实施现场急救和基本生命支持,能顺利在舰艇甲板上和舱室通道内推行,能平稳地越过水密门槛,展收时间均小于5 min。结论:该装置适用于大型水面舰艇上的伤员急救和转运,对提高舰艇卫勤保障能力有重要意义。Objective To develop a new type of mobile rescue and care unit to solve the difficult problems on first aid and fast transportation on the ship.Methods According to the analysis of service requirements and investigation on the performance of existing similar equipment,the basic technical scheme was proposed.The wounded carrying device,first aid and life support module,supporting and moving unit were used to construct cart-like equipment.Integrated functions of first aid and transportation on the ship were carried out.Results The equipment met the requirements of pre-hospital care and basic life support for casualty.The functions of crossing the threshold of watertight doors smoothly and convenient pushing on the deck or cabin passage were all achieved.The durations for deployment and withdrawal were both less than 5 min.Conclusion The new shipboard rescue equipment is helpful for rescue and transportation mission on big ship,and is meaningful for medical service ability enhancement of the navy surface force.
