摘  要:目的:通过对冠心病高危人群行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查,分析各种高危因子与冠状动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法:2010年7月至2013年6月期间对3 324例高龄、有长期吸烟史、嗜酒、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂和有冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease,CHD)家族史等一项或多项冠心病高危因子者进行了64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查,并进行统计学分析。结果:共815例2 754支冠状动脉硬化,男性发病率高于女性,随着年龄增加发病率增高,长期吸烟、嗜酒、过度肥胖、高血压、高血脂者冠状动脉粥样硬化发病率高。结论:冠状动脉粥样硬化与年龄、性别、高血压、糖尿病、过度肥胖、高血脂等因子有关,对高危人群开展64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查对CHD的早发现、早治疗有着重要的意义。Objective To analyse the correlation between high-risk factors and coronary atherosclerosis with 64-slice CT coronary angiography in high-risk persons.Methods Totally 3 324 persons with high-risk factors were examined with 64-slice CT coronary angiography from July 2010 to June 2013,and the factors included aging,long-term smoking history,bibulosity,fatness,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipemia as well as family history of coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Statistical analysis was carried out for the examination results.Results A total of 2 754 vessels of coronary atherosclerosis were found in 815 persons,with the incidence rate of the male higher than that of the female.The incidence rate increased with the development of age,and was correlated with long-term smoking,bibulosity,fatness,hypertension and hyperlipemia.Conclusion Coronary atherosclerosis is related to age,gender,hypertension,diabetes,fatness,hyperlipemia and etc,and it's of great significance to examine high-risk population with 64-slice CT coronary angiography for early diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
