摘  要:目的:探讨一种新的全景成像技术在双下肢检查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析155例旋转拼接技术的双下肢全景图,采用双盲法评价图像并进行Kappa统计分析,对比不同曝光次数的曝光量及曝光时间差异。结果:观察者间具有很好的诊断一致性,其Kappa值为0.784,全景图像满足临床诊疗及测量要求;曝光次数为3次和4次的曝光量分别为(52.90±24.39)和(79.81±43.27)m As,曝光时间分别为(10.42±1.81)和(13.08±1.63)s,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:旋转拼接全景成像技术可在一张图像上完整、无缝地显示全景像,在临床工作中须慎重确定检查范围。Objective To investigate the clinical value of rotational stitching of panoramic images for the both lower limbs in the diagnosis.Methods Totally 155 cases of lower limbs images based on rotational stitching were retrospectively analyzed,double-blind method and Kappa statistics were adopted for image quality assessment,and the comparison between the exposure dose and the exposure time of the different exposure times was analyzed.Results The diagnostic agreement between the two observers was good and the Kappa value was 0.784,and the panoramic images could meet the clinical requirements for the diagnosis and treatment.The exposure doses for 3 and 4 times of exposure were(52.90 ±24.39) and(79.81 ±43.27) mAs respectively,and the exposure durations were(10.42 ±1.81) and(13.08 ±1.63) s respectively,with the differences both significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion A complete and seamless panorama can be accomplished by rotational stitching for panoramic images,and the scope of inspection has to be carefully determined in clinical operation.
