摘　　要：目的:建立医疗器械合理使用监管系统,规范和监管临床医疗器械使用,以期为主管部门提供决策依据。方法:根据临床医疗器械使用现状,结合医院管理实际建立相关监测指标,依托影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)等院内系统构建医疗器械合理使用监管系统。结果:构建的医疗器械合理使用监管系统取得了预期效果,对规范医疗器械的使用具有较好的实际运用价值。结论:医疗器械合理使用监管系统对于提高诊疗效果具有重要的意义,应进一步完善。Objective To establish a rational use monitoring system about medical equipment to make a reference for management.Methods The monitoring indexes were determined by analyzing the present situation of medical equipment application and hospital experiences in management,and then the system was developed based on intra-hospital systems such as PACS.Results The function modules,running mode and desired efficacy of the system were determined,and it＇s pointed out the system was of great value for standardizing medical equipment application.Conclusion The system increases the clinical efficacy greatly,while has to be improved further.
