摘  要:为了减缓强降水所引发的地质灾害或次生灾害对管道产生的风险,针对西二线、兰成渝管线、兰郑长管线、忠武管线等选取了水情监测示范工程,对有代表性的管道穿越流域开展了地灾水情自动化监测。介绍了雨量、水位监测示范点选取的依据及经验,详细阐述了地灾水情自动化监测及评价平台的设计方法及构建经验,概述了该方案的成果及优势。地灾水情自动化监测平台的建立全面提升了管道水工保护设计水平以及防治此类灾害的能力。In order to mitigate geological or secondary disasters induced by precipitation,representative pipelines such as the2 nd West-to-East Gas Pipeline,Lan-Cheng-Yu Pipeline,Lan-Zheng-Chang Pipeline,Zhong-Wu Pipeline were selected as water monitoring demonstration projects,and the water disaster automatic monitoring in representative areas was carried out. The experience and basis of choosing rainfall and water level sites were introduced,and the disaster water automatic monitoring and evaluation platform design method and construction experience and the design methods of monitoring and evaluation system were elaborated,finally the results and advantages of the scheme were summarized. The establishment of monitoring and evaluation platform enhanced the protection level of the oil pipeline hydraulic faculties and the ability of preventing such disasters.
