摘  要:目的调查分析某利用丙烯腈废气氢氰酸合成原甲酸三甲酯建设项目存在的职业病危害,评价其控制效果,提出进一步的改进措施。方法对企业进行职业卫生调查,对工作场所职业病危害因素进行检测与分析。结果该建设项目总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病危害防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、应急救援设施、卫生辅助用室等方面符合国家相关的职业卫生标准。职业病危害因素(氢氰酸、氯化氢、三氯化磷、硫酸、甲醇、乙二醇、噪声、高温等)检测结果均符合职业接触限值要求。结论该项目正常生产状况下职业病危害可得到有效控制,但应预防在某些情况下可能发生的急性职业病危害:急性职业中毒及化学灼伤。Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational hazard in a construction project of trimethyl orthoformate synthesis using hydrocyanic acid from acrylonitrile waste- gas,to assess the effect of control occupational hazard and put forward further better measures. Methods Occupational investigation was carried out in the enterprise,detection and analysis was made on the hazardous factors in the workplace. Results The items including the overall layout,the facility layout,structural hygiene,facility for control occupational hazard,personal protective equipments,first- aid facility,and hygiene auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of laws and legislation of occupational health. The concentrations or intensities of risk factors( hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen chloride, phosphorus trichloride, sulfuric acid, methanol, ethylene glycol,noise and high temperature) accorded with the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Under normal production condition the occupational hazard in the construction project can be controlled effectively,but it still needs to prevent the potential acute occupational hazards in some cases,including acute occupational poisoning and chemical burns.
