摘  要:设计和制备一种基于FSS的毫米波频率选择透波的轻质耐高温天线罩。在薄膜覆铜板材料上设计周期性排列的图案形成FSS,并将多层FSS夹入多层石英纤维增强聚酰亚胺预浸料之间,高温模压实现天线罩的制备。测试结果表明:新型天线罩相当于级联了一个窄带滤波器,具备平顶和陡截止的矩形化滤波特性,有利于提高雷达抗压制式宽带干扰的能力。A kind of radome with multi-band selective wave transmission based on FSS is designed and processed. Frequency selective surface is introduced in the flexible copper clad laminate and is filled in polyimide prepreg reinforced by quartz fibre. The radome is fabricated by compression molding and high-temperature curing. The measured results show that, the radome can be considered as a high pass filter with a flat top and a sharp fall off outside pass-band transmission properties. The randome is a kind of simple and effective measure which improve the capability of wideband blanket anti-jamming.
