摘  要:新型雷达强大的功能需要多种工作模式来支撑,而多模式系统的故障特性、诊断测试等与工作模式紧密关联。文中针对新型雷达多模式系统测试性工程设计的需求,提出了一种系统级机内测试(BIT)优化设计的技术方法。该方法基于系统工作模式,结合系统性能测试设置系统级测试项目,并通过对测试资源的优化,确定系统BIT故障检测项目和故障隔离逻辑,实现系统BIT性能的提升。同时借助构建雷达测试性模型,仿真系统BIT优化设计过程,验证了该方法可明显提高系统的故障检测率和故障隔离率。该项技术已经在一种新型雷达BIT工程设计中得到成功应用。The powerful function of the new radar requires a variety of working modes. The fault characteristics, diagnostic tests of multi-mode system, and so on are closely related to the working modes. Aiming at the demand of new radar multi-mode system for test engineering design, a technical method for optimizing design of system level BIT ( Built-In Test) is proposed. The method is based on the system working modes, and combined with the system performance tests to set up the system level test items. And through the optimization of test resources, to determine the fault detection and fault isolation logic and improve the performance of system level BIT. By constructing the radar test model to simulate optimization design process of system level BIT, it is proved that the method can significantly improve the FDR( Fault Detection Rate ) and FIR( Fault Isolation Rate). This technique has been successfully applied to the BIT engineering design of new radar.
