摘 要:利用改进的BCR四步提取法研究了猪粪堆肥下菜园土和果园土土壤中重金属的形态分布。重金属提取态包括弱酸提取态、可还原态、可氧化态及残渣态,对这四种形态的含量之和与各重金属的全量进行了比较。利用火焰原子吸收分别测定了土壤样品各提取液中Cu、Zn的含量。结果显示:改进的BCR法测得各个提取态之和回收率在94.9%~108.4%之间;猪粪堆肥下土壤中Cu、Zn主要以残渣态和可还原态为主;菜园土中Cu、Zn有效态远大于稳定态含量,果园土中Cu的有效态与稳定态变化幅度较大,Zn的有效态所占比例随土层深度基本呈递增趋势。该方法可以用以来分析土壤样品中的金属形态,且实验数据重现性好、回收率高。In the paper, the speciation characteristics of heavy metals in the pig manure composting vegetable garden soil, and orchard soil were analyzed by using improved BCR four step extraction methods. The content of four heavy metal speciations, including acid exchangeable, reducible, oxidate and residual forms, were compared with the sum of the total content of heavy metals. Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the contents of Cu, Zn in extracting solution of soil samples. The results showed that the recovery rate of modified BCR sequential extraction were in range of 94.9 %~108.4 %. The sequential of heavy metals in the pig manures showed that Cu and Zn were dominated by residual fractions and reducible fractions. Available forms concentration of Cu and Zn in vegetable garden soil is larger than stable forms. Available Cu concentration and stable forms in orchard soil changed relatively greatly, and proportion of available Zn were increased with the increase of soil depth. The improved BCR sequential extraction method can use to study the species analysis of metals in soil samples, experimental data with good reproducibility and high efficiency.
