摘  要:为了解决现有桨叶式干燥机污泥干化工艺存在的问题,优化后的工艺增加了旋风分离器、文丘里、翅片换热器等设备。通过计算提供了旋风分离器与国内主要型号的干燥机匹配参数。优化后的工艺,蒸汽凝液预热了载气,提高了热效率。载气带出大于10μm的细粉尘几乎全被旋风分离器收集,有利于污泥的干化程度灵活调节。旋风分离器与文丘里组合,排风管道阻力降不变,降低能耗。In order to solve the problems existing in sewage sludge drying process on paddle dryer,the cyclone separator, Venturi, fin heat exchanger and other equipmentareincreased in optimized process. Through calculation, the cyclone separator and the main model of the drying machineparameters was matched. The optimized process, carrier gas was pre-heated by steam condensate, and the heat efficiency is improved. The carrier gaswith more than 10 μm fine dust was almostcollected by the cyclone separator, which is conducive to the flexible adjustment of the sewage sludge drying. The resistance dropof pipe is constantby the cyclone separatorcombined Venturi, and energy consumption reduced.
