摘  要:通过系统分析某炼化一体化企业连续重整装置运行现状和存在的主要问题,并利用Petro-SIM和REF-SIM模拟软件进行详细计算,研究提出了重整与乙烯装置原料优化、新氢压缩机增设无级调速装置和四合一加热炉增设空预器的投资优化方案,以及降低预分馏塔操作压力、提高重整进料初馏点等不投资优化方案,具有较好的节能增效效果。The operation situation and major issues of continuous reforming unit are analyzed systematically for a refining-chemical integration company. Based on the calculation using Petro-SIM and REF-SIM simulation software, the energy consumption and profit improvement projects are proposed, which include investment and non-investment projects. For example, the optimization of CCR feed and ethylene feed, installation of infinite speed variation device for hydrogen compressor, installation of air preheater for reformer reactor heating furnace, reduction of pre-distillation column pressure and increasing of initial point of CCR feed. According to the analyzing, the optimization projects can obtain good results on energy consumption and profit improvement.
