摘  要:采用半连续乳液聚合法,以酸性乳胶粒子为核,在核表面包覆弱亲水性的中间层,然后在中间层的表面包覆强疏水的壳层,并向壳层中引入交联单体,制备出兼具溶胀能力且稳定性良好的聚合物乳胶粒子。探讨了乳化剂用量、核壳比、交联剂用量与pH值对微球形态的影响,总结出最优的工艺条件。结果表明,制备聚合物中空微球的最佳实验条件为:酸性核制备阶段乳化剂用量为0.1wt%,壳层制备阶段核壳比为0.8,交联剂用量为3-6wt%,碱溶胀阶段初始pH值为10.78。Polystyrene hollow microspheres were prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization and alkali swelling method. The preparation process comprised four steps: Firstly, prepared the acidic nuclear latex particles; Secondly, coated the surface of the acidic nuclear with a weak hydrophilic intermediate layer; Thirdly, coated the surface of the intermediate layer with a strong hydrophobic shell containing crosslinking agent; At last, the polystyrene hollow microspheres with good dispersion were obtained after alkali swelling. Influence of the amount of emulsifier, core-shell ratio, crosslinking agent and the value of pH on the microspheres morphology were investigated. Finally, summed up the optimal process conditions. The results showed that, the optimal experiment conditions for preparing the polymer hollow microspheres were as follows: the amount of emulsifier was 0.1wt% in the nuclear acidic phase preparation; core-shell ratio was 0.8 and crosslinking agent was 3-6wt% in the shell-nuclear acidic phase preparation; the initial pH value of alkali swelling was 10.78.
