滋肾育胎丸对IVF-ET女性卵巢储备功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】观察滋肾育胎丸对再次行体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)及冻胚移植女性的卵巢储备功能的影响。【方法】选取60例拟再次行胚胎移植者,其中鲜胚移植者和冻胚移植者各30例,分别将其随机纳入治疗组和对照组,每组鲜胚移植和冻胚移植各15例。治疗组给予服用滋肾育胎丸,对照组给予服用维生素E胶囊,共治疗3个周期。比较2组女性服药前后的基础促卵泡刺激素(FSH)值和基础窦卵泡数(AFC)。【结果】(1)在新鲜胚胎移植中,服药3个周期后,2组的基础FSH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的窦卵泡数较服药前显著增多(P<0.05),而对照组较服药前有增多趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)在冻胚移植周期中,服药3个周期后,2组的基础FSH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的窦卵泡数较服药前显著增多(P<0.05),而对照组较服药前有增多趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间比较,治疗组的窦卵泡数较对照组显著增多(P<0.05)。【结论】滋肾育胎丸可提高再次接受移植女性的窦卵泡数,对再次接受移植的女性的卵巢储备功能可能有一定益处,有望获取更多卵子。Objective To observe the effect of Zishen Yutai Pills on functional ovarian reserve in the female undergoing in -vitro fertilization embryo transfer （IVF-ET） and frozen embryo transplantation （FET）. Methods Sixty female undergoing re-IVF-ET were enrolled into the study. Of the 60 females, 30 cases were transplanted with the fresh embryo and another 30 cases were transplanted with the frozen embryo, and then were evenly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had half cases receiving fresh embryo transplantation. The treatment group was given oral use of Zishen Yutai Pills, the control group was administered with Vitamin E capsules, and the treatment lasted for 3 weeks. Before and after treatment, the basal follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）level and antral follicle count（AFC） were observed before and after treatment. Results （1）In fresh embryo transfer cycle, there was no significant difference in basal FSH and AFC after three treatment cycles between the two groups（P〉0.05） ; after taking the pills AFC of the treatment group was increased（P〈0.05 compared with that before treatment）, but the control group only showed an increasing trend（P〉O.O5）.（2）In frozen embryo transfer cycle, there was no significant difference in basal FSH after three treatment cycles between the two groups（P〉O.05） ; after taking the pills AFC of the treatment group was increased （P〈0.05 compared with that before treatment）, but the control group only showed an increasing trend（P〉0.05） ; the inter-group comparison showed that AFC of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intervention with Zishen Yutai Pills at least three cycles is beneficial to the functional ovarian reserve of females undergoing re-IVF-ET through increasing AFC, which is expected for widely use in the clinic.
